Well, I graduated and now its summer and I'm working hard. In the process of trying to find a full time job. This means I don't have that much time for photography. I am very happy with DA's new portfolio page, now I don't have to keep looking for one. Its got all I want for now. Well thats all my news for now. If you'd like to stay in touch, please do. I do check my messages here fairly often.
Well, I'm nearing the end of my four years in college. I'll be graduating in 3 1/2 weeks and leaving Bellingham. I've had a wonderful time here at Western and I've learned a lot and certainly expanded my knowledge of photography. I'll be graduating with a Bachelor's of Art, photography concentration, and a Sociology Minor. Why a sociology minor? Mainly because I loved the classes and realized that I had already done most of it as GUR classes. As I near the end of my college life things will be changing a lot in my life. This summer will start the new chapter in my life. I don't really know what the future holds for me right now, but I do have one last summer working at the farm. I also don't know how often I'll be visiting DA.
I believe that a majority of you watch me for my horse photographs. This being the case I started uploading more horse images, but I feel like I'm getting even fewer comments. I know that DA isn't the greatest place to get feedback, but it would be nice to get some. I also think its stupid that to ask for critique on images you have to be a subscriber. Thats a whole lot of bull. I can ask for critique, I don't need a fancy extra box at the bottom of my deviations. People can give critique in comments. So, here's what I'm asking. I'd prefer comments and critique to favs. Tell me why you liked it and why you faved it.
Hey check this out: [link] Finally have a website for the photo department at Western. Pretty snazzy. Look at all those great students making a wonderful program.
How many photos on the photo website can you find with me in them?
It appears that my subscription ran out about a month or so ago. Oh well. I have noticed a significant decrease in numbers of people checking out my latest work. I wonder if it is because I'm not posting images of horses, or is it due to my lack of a subscription? Those of you who are still watching and reading, what do you think of my latest work? I'd love to hear from you all.
